1Introduction & Definitions

• Bots & Automation: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

• Chargeback fraud: Filing a false claim with a bank or payment provider.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Joyan9 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation
• During an investigation due to security concerns
• Due to incomplete KYC verification
• Account inactive for an extended period (18 months)

Closed by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before doing so.

Inactive Account

Any account with no login or transaction activity for more than 12 months will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts.
